Small gym but satisfactory

Kauai Athletic Club is located in the office buildings near Kukui Grove Shopping Center (the island's biggest mall). They have a little cafe with natural, healthy food options as well as a well-rounded gym. Their equipment is in good repair and works well, featuring enough variations to keep fitness buffs happy. Membership is a little expensive, but decent. Pros: Cafe with "healthy" food, good exercise equipment Cons: Expensive membership
