I arrived on Kauai on Oct. 14 2008 and Used Kauai Taxi Company for transportation. I did everything from going to and from my hotel to dinner, different activities and even took a tour with this taxi company and it was an amazing experience! I came in contact with 5 different drivers which were clean cut, on time and really sweet! They helped me with my luggage and even told me some history about their island. All the drivers were "born and raised" on kauai so it was refreshing to have their "aloha spirt" so present! Thank you kauai taxi
Terrible Service

Used service in Sept 08 for trip to airport on Kauai. Driver arrived 20 minutes late, did not help with luggage, and refused to turn off music in taxi when requested. Called company afterwards and was told I should take a different service if I didn't like it.
