This is one of many of the Star Markets located in Hawaii. This large super market is located at Kukui Grove. They sell lots of oriental vegetables and some organic things such as cereals, dairy products, fruits and vegetables. Star Markets is know for their fresh island produce. They have a wonderful selection of fresh island grown produce such as lettuce, tomatoes, warabi, etc. Their prices are also very reasonable. Their supermarkets are always well-lit and clean. Their service is excellent and they will provide you with the best service with a smile.
What can you expect from generics?

Star Markets are a small chain of generic supermarkets only found on the Hawaiian islands. The supply of goods at Star Market was adequate, but the prices were absolutely crazy. Besides the fact that a box of cereal could cost more than six dollars, I also found that they did not have their own bakery section, but only offered packaged bakery foods. I still found the stuff that I needed, just not very efficiently. Well, what can you expect from a generic supermarket?
